Using the links at the left, you will find information about the conference program
(agenda), the hotels, transportation and tour options, and how to contact the conference
coordinator in Rosario.
In order to register to the conference and arrange for transportation and hotel,
you will need to click on the
“Registration” link and complete the process outlined
there.
- All registrant, including those who will participate in the student program, will
register at the “Registration” link. A credit card will
be needed to complete the registration.
- At the "hotels" link you will find options for three hotels, including the conference
hotel. In order to reserve your room you must go through the registration process,
click on the hotel where you would like to stay, and then click on the room of your
preference to reserve it. There will be a dialog box where you will have to enter
the dates of your stay. You will receive a confirmation email after you complete
the registration process. You will pay for the reservation when you arrive at the
hotel.
- At the “tour & transport” link you will find useful information related to bus transportation
from the airport in Buenos Aires to Rosario. You will be able to hire this service
in the registration process. At this link you may also make arrangements for pre
or post conference tours in Argentina
